Article I

Section 1.

This Article shall be it's own standing document for the Order of New Eden, providing the essential criteria for a well established business within The Plexus Syndicate or outside corporation to become it's own entity, by becoming a corporation joining The Order of New Eden.

Article II

Section 1.

A registration fee of two hundred million is required to incorporate.

Section 2.

There must be three active employees within said business or three active employees wishing to create alternate characters willing to incorporate or one member whose time and service has been over one year collectively within TPXS.

Section 3.

Three consecutive months of Taxes collected exceeding forty million per month must be accounted for before said businesses can incorporate.

Article III

Section 1:

Corporations outside of The Plexus Syndicate wishing for membership into ONE must number over ten pilots on said Corporation's Bio-Screen.

Section 2:

Corporations outside of The Plexus Syndicate wishing for membership into ONE must closely resemble and represent the ideals of ONE and it's vision.

Section 3:

Corporations outside of The Plexus Syndicate wishing for membership into ONE must pay a registration fee of two hundred million.

Section 4:

Corporations outside of The Plexus Syndicate wishing for membership into ONE must have a CEO of the age of twenty-one and no less.

Section 5:

Corporations outside of The Plexus Syndicate wishing for membership into ONE must agree to pay a collective 30% tax on all income from said corporation's member pilots payable to 'Plexus Tax' a character of The Plexus Syndicate sent no later than the 1st of each month. The responsibility of this payment is put solely on said Corporation's CEO and policed by our Secretary of the Treasury.

Provision:

A Sunset Provision has been added to this Article of the duration of six months from posting date.
