Our vision in Plexus is to change the political landscape of EvE. Just as our corp philosophy is "we are one," so our alliance philosophy reflects the belief that we are stronger as a whole when united, working towards common goals. EvE is a divisive galaxy, with very few elements that wish to pursue common causes beyond personal greed or power grabbing. Trust, friendship, and loyalty... these qualities are predominant in Plexus and can never be bought. We hope to see that become not just a fact for us, but a fact for EvE on a much larger scale. We encourage our members to live freely and to grow on an individual and collective basis. Your growth as individuals within this nation bring about a growth for the collective. Thus, our alliance seeks to bring commonality and trust to the table. We believe that there is a vision and a possibility within EvE much greater than the almighty ISK. Order is in high demand as chaos is rampant throughout the galaxy of EvE. The Plexus Syndicate hears the call of New Eden to become her protector. We will supply this galaxy, EvE, with something no galaxy in any reality has ever seen - peace... and we believe that through this vision, through the proofs of our efforts and combined unity, what we strive for is very possible.

Our structure is unique among corporations because, while we value the whole, we also value the individual—they are the integral part in making the whole succeed. We also value growth and ambition. Thus our members are not automatons that may only follow the orders given to them. In essence, we view our corporation as a nation and the pilots in it represent our industry and security.

Upon being accepted in The Plexus Syndicate, you must choose your class...

Civilian:

Our members can start their own businesses within the corp as a CEO, gain their own employees, have their own offices, and even have a personal POS. If their business is successful to a certain point, they may even branch off and join the alliance as a sister corporation. There is no limit on what the business can be or where it can operate—the CEO is only limited by his or her ingenuity and ambition.

Soldier:

If a member is not interested in starting a business, they can join our rank-based military, gradually working their way up as they prove their worth. The military men and women of the United Defense Force (UDF) protect the interests of the civilians and securing sectors of space that are valuable to businesses, while being paid a rank-derived salary twice each month. These salaries come from the corporate taxes, which are secured from the profits of the businesses in the private sector at the end of each month at a rate of 30%. Thus there is a symbiosis between civilian and soldier.

The Plexus Syndicate is actively recruiting and is looking for ambitious new players to add to its ranks, either as soldiers or future businessmen/women. We recruit from all races, all timezones, and offer many things in return. Not only will you get to be part of a growing corporation with helpful members of all ages and expertise, you will have:

What The Plexus Syndicate Offers to it's Members:

• Option to become a soldier, starting as a "Rookie"

• Option to become a civilian, either as a business CEO or an employee of an already-created business

From our recruits, we only request the following things:

• you are 18 years of age or older (no drama, please)

• you have no alts in any other corporations on any account (unless they are an NPC corp, like Federation Navy)

• if you are a soldier, that you can follow orders and show respect to those with higher rank

• if you are a civilian, that you are ambitious and are actively industrious

• Timely payments on a 30% tax rate from all profits to be paid on the 1st of each month
